Life Styles in Zimbabwe do differ with every community's orientation but the love for recreation is a primary requisite.Dodging the streets of cities - you are mostly likely to come across fanatics dressed in all urban gear and designer suits.Labels rally schools and colleges and for once Zimbabwe becomes a little New Yoke,London,Paris,Tokyo or Italy in this respect.

Traditional life styles focus on occasional gatherings by extended families separating the young from old and men from females.Flattened tonalities and the impulse to reward the body for hard work composed a semi-hemisphere dividing work from play.Today,its a feature to balance work and recreation as the improvision for survival and as a language of the universe.

After work,Zimbabwean men usually head for pubs.Many go to their families watching TV!Women,mostly urban based are catching up,joining the men in pubs or other social event's.Fortunate families engage in domestic tourism while others go swimming,fishing or play golf or tennis.The majority of people absorb themselves with spectator sports such as soccer,rugby,cricket and horse-racing.

ln towns and cities there is usually an extra ordinary number of people hooked up in parks,picnicking or just munching away hours at the mercy of the sun!With the frustration of the economy and social environment many people are housing themselves with religion for answers!lts not surprising to find gatherings on street corners.

Rural Zimbabwe still host social events and gatherings to entertain and educate its people as a life style module.
